We are supporting a global renewable energy infrastructure platform in the search for an experienced Procurement Manager.
This role sits within a growing international technical and procurement function responsible for the delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects. You will lead procurement and supplier initiatives across onshore wind, solar PV, and battery energy storage projects in the Australian market, with opportunities to support other regions as business needs evolve.
This is a strategic and hands-on role in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where flexibility and a solutions-focused mindset are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals, financing requirements, and global standards.
* Manage procurement activities across assigned project packages to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are met.
* Support the development of global standards and framework agreements.
* Lead negotiations for large capital equipment packages, long-term supply agreements, and contracts supporting both construction and operations phases.
* Work closely with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure optimal contract outcomes.
* Contribute to risk management strategies and ensure procurement compliance with industry and company standards.
About You
* 10-15 years' experience in procurement and supply chain roles supporting large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
* Demonstrated experience across onshore wind, solar, and/or BESS procurement.
* Proven track record negotiating major CAPEX contracts and strategic supplier agreements.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and procurement performance.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
