The Role
As Senior Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in the commercial management of multi-residential projects, working closely with project teams to ensure financial control, contractual compliance, and successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing head contracts and subcontractor agreements across multiple projects
* Preparing, assessing and negotiating subcontractor scopes, variations and progress claims
* Maintaining accurate cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow management
* Administering variations, extensions of time and contractual correspondence
* Supporting project managers with procurement strategies and commercial risk management
* Ensuring compliance with contract terms, company procedures and project timelines
About You
* Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within multi-residential or commercial construction
* Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontractor management and cost control
* Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and contract documentation with confidence
* Highly organised with strong commercial judgement and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with subcontractors, consultants and internal teams
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
