We are now seeking a dynamic, people-focused professional to join our team in a role that blends sales and new business development, account management, and resourcing/recruitment of consultant professionals. This is not a transactional role—it is a genuine value-add position for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being challenged in a supportive, high-performing environment. This is a genuine multi-faceted role, and we are seeking a high performing and client/consultant focused individual to contribute to the next phase of the business growth.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the heart of our business. You will be trusted to build new relationships, nurture existing ones, and connect exceptional consultant talent with meaningful client opportunities. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, acting as a connector, advisor, and advocate for quality outcomes on all sides.
Key Focus Areas
Sales & New Business Development
* Proactively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities - You will be supported and mentored by ASCENDUNT's founder who has had an enviable track record of new business success over a 14-year period.
* Build trusted, long-term relationships with new clients through a consultative, insight-led approach
* Represent ASCENDUNT Group with authenticity, professionalism, and credibility in the market
Account Management & Client Partnerships
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent value delivery
* Understand client challenges and proactively propose solutions that create real impact
* Be a trusted point of contact who follows through and genuinely cares about outcomes
Resourcing & Recruitment of Consultant Professionals
* Identify, engage, and place high-quality IT consultant professionals across client engagements
* Support the existing ASCENDUNT team on several of their high profile client engagements
* Build meaningful relationships with consultants, understanding their goals and strengths
* Ensure alignment between client needs, consultant capability, and ASCENDUNT values
