Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Employee Engagement Supervisor and assist in the planning, developing and facilitating the implementation of the employee engagement programs and strategies to maintain the culture of exceptional employee engagement.
1. Researches, proposes and implements creative employee engagement programs.
2. Creates, manages, and implements communication strategies using various platforms and social media channels.
3. Writes internal communications content, including emails, articles, banner ads, and digital signages.
4. Generates ideas and identifies opportunities for creative storytelling to enhance employee engagement.
5. Identifies opportunities to modernize internal communications, make process improvements, and drive efficiencies.
6. Performs tasks related to planned employee engagement programs and activities.
7. Maintains linkages with employees to stay abreast of employee pulse and sentiments.
8. Monitors employee issues affecting satisfaction, morale, working environment, and retention.
9. Organizes and maintains records pertaining to corporate-wide employee engagement programs and activities.
Requirements
10. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Social Science or any related course
11. With minimum of two (2) years' experience in Employee Engagement or relevant experience
12. Must be a subject matter expert on employee engagement
13. Must have a good oral and written communication skills
