Smart AVR Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Automotive Glazier to join our team in Nerang QLD. As an Automotive Glazier, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass products, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Responsibilities
* Inspect, remove, and install automotive glass components such as windshields, side windows and rear windows.
* Perform complex glass repair and replacement tasks, including structural bonding, sealant application, and glass fitting.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot glass-related issues, providing recommendations for the most appropriate solution.
* Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, with a focus on maintaining tools and equipment.
* Provide exceptional customer service, building positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications
* Formal qualification in automotive glazing or a related trade.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Glazier, with a proven track record of high-quality work.
* Excellent knowledge of automotive glass products, installation techniques, and repair procedures.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and address complex glass-related issues.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialised automotive glass installation equipment.
