In Home Educator – Newrybar
Days: 3 days a week (Monday to Wednesday)
Hours: 20 hours over the 3 days (flexible)
Hourly Rate: $40.00 per hour
Care for: Twin toddlers (20 months old)
Northern Rivers In Home Care is seeking an experienced Educator to provide high-quality care for 20 month twins. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment to support the children’s development, daily routines, and individual needs.
About the Role
* Provide high-quality, child-centred care in the family home
* Support the children’s development through play-based and routine-based learning
* Encourage social, emotional, and physical development appropriate to age
* Maintain clear communication with the family and Northern Rivers In Home Care
Essential Criteria
* Certificate III in Children’s Services (ACECQA-approved)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience
* National Child Safety Training (Geccko)
* Current First Aid & CPR certification (early childhood specific)
* Working With Children Check (NSW)
* National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
* Child Protection Training completed within the last 2 years
* ABN (contractor/self-employed position)
* Strong commitment to child safety and child-safe practices
* Demonstrated understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), including the National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning Framework
