At the heart of our hotel's operations is a vital role that ensures seamless check-ins, responds promptly to guest inquiries, and maintains a secure environment throughout the night shift. The Senior Night Guest Service Agent plays a critical part in this process.


Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise front desk staff during evening hours, overseeing check-in processes and ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Engage with guests to resolve issues efficiently, providing solutions with a professional demeanor.
* Monitor security systems to safeguard property and maintain a safe environment for overnight guests.
* Process reservations, handle payments, and manage administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
* Offer guidance and support to junior team members when required, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Requirements: Previous experience in guest services or a related field, preferably in hospitality, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining professionalism at all times.
