About the Role
This Primary Co-Curricular Coordinator helps deliver theCo-Curricular programme for children enrolled in before and afterschool activities. This role is responsible for providingadministrative support, managing communication with staff,students, and parents, and supervising educators and instructorswithin the Co-Curricular programme.
The Co-Curricular programme allows students from Kindergarten toYear 6 to be involved in activities based around cultural,creative, physical and technological intelligence. Some of theactivities are; Lego Robotics, Taekwondo, Swimming, Drama,Orienteering, Chess, Science Club and Movie Making.
About You
You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:
o The ability to work collaboratively with other members ofstaff.
o High level of attention to detail and a strongunderstanding of confidentiality and discretion.
o Excellent administrative and organisational skillsincluding strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to meetdeadlines, manage conflicting priorities and maintain attentionto detail.
o Aptitude for learning new IT systems such as those used atthe school (Synergetic –student database system).
o Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability tobuild positive working relationships with a diverse range ofstakeholders.
o Strong administration skills including financialadministration (invoicing, ordering, creating charge sheets andraising purchase orders etc.).
All team members at CGS are required to have:
o A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
o A current National Police Check; and
o Full working rights within Australia.
