About the Company Our client is a highly respected global subsidiary with a strong local presence. With a team of around 60 employees in Australia, the business specialises in the import, distribution, and servicing of quality products, offering stability and growth in a fast-moving industry. The Role As the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the organisation’s financial management and administration functions. Working closely with the Managing Director and international head office, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to the strategic direction of the company. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the finance function, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Supervise and mentor a team of four, fostering professional development and accountability Act as the senior leader of the local office, working closely with the Managing Director and global stakeholders Oversee budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements Provide financial and commercial insights to support strategic business decisions Ensure smooth operations across administration and HR, including policy management and employee relations Build strong relationships with auditors, advisors, and the global head office About You CA or CPA qualified with experience working in a medium sized entity Experience in a hands on Finance Manager position overseeing the end to end finance function Have strong systems and Excel experience and an eye for process improvement Impeccable communication with strong interpersonal skills and relationship building exposure What’s on Offer A diverse and rewarding leadership role with impact across all avenues finance A supportive leadership team and collaborative workplace culture Career security with a global brand that continues to grow locally Convenient Homebush location with onsite parking This is a broad role covering all areas of finance and administration across the business.
