The **Industry Communications & PR** role is a unique opportunity to shape how CPAQ communicates with caravan park operators and external audiences. In this hands-on position, you'll ensure our members receive clear and actionable information, build our public profile, and maintain engagement across multiple platforms.
This part-time role (20 hours per week) offers flexible working arrangements and is based at our Albion office, conveniently located near public transport with limited onsite parking. It's an ideal opportunity for someone seeking part-time work that fits around other commitments, such as studies or school-aged children.
Your ability to create compelling content, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders will make you an integral part of our small, dedicated team.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Content Creation and Management**
- Develop and edit blog posts, newsletters, press releases, social media updates and other content.
- Source newsletter content from contributors and ensure consistency in tone and branding.
- Manage the members-only website and B2B social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook).
**2. Communications Strategy and Planning**
- Work with the team to develop and implement strategies for programs and upcoming projects.
- Maintain a communications calendar to ensure consistency and engagement.
- Align all communications with CPAQ's brand standards and strategic objectives.
**3. Analytics and Reporting**
- Monitor key metrics to evaluate the performance of communications efforts.
- Prepare reports to inform and refine future strategies.
