The Opportunity
We're on the hunt for enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our Port Pirie Community and support our participants. We are looking for individuals with a passion in cooking, movies, dancing and providing quality support to promote independence
Your Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll be the HEART of our mission, empowering participants to live their best lives. You'll provide flexible, personalised care, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued. Shifts are available across AM, PM, and nights, with travel required to various sites in Adelaide

* Facilitate daily activities and skill-building programs
What We're Looking For
* Passionate, flexible, and caring individuals
* Experience in disability or health care sectors
* Experience supporting people in SIL/SDA with physical & intellectual disabilities.
* Qualifications: Cert III/IV in relevant fields, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, Working with Children's Check
* Demonstrated experience supporting participants with complex challenging behaviours.
* Reliable car and current license/insurance
* Excellent communication skills
