We are seeking an intermediate-level asset management consultant to join our high-performing Advisory team, preferably based in Sydney or Brisbane; locations in Melbourne or Adelaide may be considered.
In this exciting role you will work directly with clients to manage a variety of projects, applying asset management, advisory and consultancy skills to a range of clients and markets. You will contribute to the growth of our Asset Management Capability through excellent project delivery and client management, with a proactive attitude and flexible, futurist thinking. We aim to attract and develop talented professionals who bring fresh perspectives for our growing client list.
Responsibilities
* Lead projects and deliver high-quality work in direct communication with clients.
* Apply asset management capabilities across a range of sectors to help clients solve diverse asset problems.
* Holistically develop consultancy skills from identification of opportunities, pursuit planning, bid preparation and delivery.
* Access to industry-leading technical specialists in civil/transport infrastructure and related sectors.

Qualifications
* Required capabilities
o Demonstrated asset management experience across Government, Defence, Industrial, Water or Energy sectors.
o Demonstrable knowledge of Asset Management Systems and Frameworks with a desire to progress professionally.
o In-depth understanding of Asset Management and/or reliability engineering principles.
o Ability to build new client stakeholder relationships and strengthen existing ones.
o Ability to contribute to solutions in asset management strategies, performance improvement, system design and asset condition assessments.
o Ability to support some national travel (2–5 days) on occasion.
o Appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to asset management or related disciplines.
* Desirable capabilities
o Experience in Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
o Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
o Maintenance or facilities management (planning and/or execution).
o Development and implementation of engineering/asset management systems and processes.
o Asset/Equipment change management and risk assessment.
o Previous consultancy experience.
o Experience participating or leading assurance activities.
* Security/Clearance
o Desirable: current Australian Government Security Clearance at Baseline level or higher (or ability to obtain); Australian Citizenship required.
