Position Summary
As a Workforce Systems and Support Analyst at Mercy Health, you will apply your workforce and rostering expertise to support our services through process re‐engineering, change activities, rostering system configuration, testing, and training. Your contributions will enable better staffing decisions and improve outcomes across our aged care homes, hospitals and research facilities.
Responsibilities
* Analyse and redesign workforce and rostering processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
* Engage in change management activities relating to workforce system enhancements.
* Configure and maintain rostering systems such as RosterOn or Optima.
* Conduct system testing and develop training materials for end‐users.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver optimal staffing solutions.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience or qualification in business or a related discipline.
* Knowledge of health sector industry classifications and awards.
* Practical experience with workforce planning and rostering best practice.
* Proficiency in rostering systems (e.g., RosterOn, Optima) and related technology.
* Excellent time‐management, organisational and communication skills.
* Positive, flexible and compassionate approach to work.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to nurture respectful relationships.
