Experienced and precision-driven Aluminum Welder with over 6 years of hands-on experience in high-spec fabrication environments, specializing in TIG welding of aluminum components to exacting aerospace and defense standards.
Adept at reading technical drawings and working to tight tolerances, with a strong track record of contributing to mission-critical projects. Seeking to bring my attention to detail, quality-first mindset, and commitment to engineering excellence to Marand Precision Engineering, supporting its reputation for world-class manufacturing solutions.
Key Highlights:
Extensive MIG and TIG welding experience with aluminium is required.
Experience welding structural and non-structural aerospace components
Familiar with tight-tolerance fabrication and CNC-integrated workflows
Skilled in blueprint reading, GD&T;, and AS9100-compliant practices
Use of workshop machinery including press brakes, guillotines, and hand tools
General fabrication and assembly tasks
Dedicated to safety, precision, and continuous process improvement
Candidates will need to pass a weld test at interview stage.
As an ideal candidate you will have:
A strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality results.
Ability to work as part of team as well as independently with little supervision.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings correctly.
Good attitude and strong communication skills
