Hey Jupiter Brasserie is a busy venue located in the vibrant East End of the city. Preparing for the busy Summer ahead we are seeking talented, experienced and hard working chefs to join our team. We are open 7 days a week serving classical French cuisine for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
One full time chef position available - nights and weekends essential
The right person for the job MUST
Candidates must possess valid Australian work rights
Hold at least a relevant certificate III with 2 years work experience (or overseas equivalent)
Have a genuine interest and demonstrated experience in French cuisine and cooking techniques. Must be willing to continue growing, learning and studying in French cookery.
Have a keen eye for detail and presentation, maintain the strictest level of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene and be highly organized and punctual.
Be self motivated and ambitious, passionate about food and enjoy what you do.
Enjoy working under pressure, being busy and productive at all times.
Be able to work closely with others, be good natured and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
Be available weekends and nights.
This is a Full Time salaried position. $69,500 - $76,600
