Job Title: Boilermaking Apprenticeship
About the Role:
The purpose of this apprenticeship is to provide an opportunity for a successful applicant to develop skills and knowledge through on-the-job work experience and training. The apprenticeship combines hands-on work with a nationally recognised course of training.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform thermal cutting, gas tungsten arc welding, manual metal arc welding, gas metal arc welding and welding to code standards.
* Mark off and fabricate structural steel and other metal stock to make or repair metal products and structures.
* Use basic power tools and hand tools in accordance with safe work practices.
