This role involves managing relationships with 30-40 established clients, ensuring their IT needs are met whilst identifying opportunities for service enhancement and growth. Perks: Work with an award-winning MSP with a strong reputation in the market Manage an established client base with long-term relationships Collaborative team environment focused on client success Professional development opportunities in the MSP sector Modern office facilities in Perth Opportunity to make a genuine impact on client satisfaction and business growth Roles and Responsibilities: Manage ongoing relationships with 30-40 established MSP clients Conduct regular client check-ins and quarterly business reviews Identify opportunities for IT improvements and service enhancements Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client needs are addressed promptly Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any concerns swiftly Present technology recommendations and solutions to client stakeholders Support contract renewals and expansion opportunities Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs Coordinate with project teams on client implementations and upgrades Role Requirements: Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client relationship roles Strong understanding of IT services and managed service provider operations Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build rapport with diverse client stakeholders Proactive approach to client management and problem-solving Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Understanding of common business IT infrastructure and services Experience working in an MSP is highly regarded Knowledge of IT project lifecycle and implementation processes Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance requirements for businesses We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
