About the role
* Work across planning and property disputes, with exposure to technical litigation and hands‑on file involvement.
* Support senior lawyers on active matters, including research, advice, correspondence, pleadings, submissions, evidence, court documents and briefs to counsel.
* Gain exposure to clients, counsel, experts, consultants and government bodies, with involvement across the life of a matter from instructions through to hearings and resolution.
The ideal candidate
* At least 2 years’ paralegal or law clerk experience in litigation is preferred.
* Some exposure to planning, property, commercial litigation or local government matters.
* Strong research and drafting skills, with confidence preparing correspondence, court documents and matter materials.
* Organised, proactive and detail-focused, with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a busy litigation team.
