As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Sign Fabricator/Installer to join our dynamic team.
Note this role doesn't involve use of computer or designing at all
Role Overview
As a Sign Fabricator/Installer, you'll be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and on-site installation of a wide variety of signs. You'll work with a range of materials, tools, and machinery to bring our clients' signage visions to life. Your attention to detail, hands‑on skill, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team will ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabricating and assembling signs using materials such as vinyl, acrylic, metal, and 3D components
* Installing signage on-site at customer locations
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Ensuring quality control during fabrication and installation
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
* Collaborating with the design and sales teams to deliver excellent client outcomes
* Managing time effectively to meet project deadlinesProviding outstanding customer service during installations
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in fabrication / construction preferred
* Strong attention to detail and practical problem‑solving skills
* Ability to work with a variety of tools and materials (cutting, welding, painting, and assembly)
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to drive company vehicles
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Excellent communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude
* Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
