Superintendent Maintenance | Operations Services | Port Hedland
Job Location: Port Hedland, Pilbara, Western Australia, Australia
About the Role
You will provide direct leadership to Supervisors and Technical Specialists (Coordinators) overseeing compliance with maintenance standards, procedures, systems, processes, work instructions and defined mastery verification processes to achieve optimal performance outcomes.
Your previous success in leading a large team and building a positive workplace culture will be paramount in setting you up for success.
Responsibilities
* Create a culture of care by being a visible safety leader, engaging, developing and coaching your team.
* Be a motivated, engaged and supportive people leader.
* Provide input into planning processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Have ownership of improvement projects.
* Utilise your strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work across various stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Strong engagement, influencing and collaboration skills to achieve high-level outcomes with your team.
* Maintenance experience within a leadership role.
* Tertiary qualifications desirable, however not essential.
