We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a business that values hard work, accountability, and results.
This is a hands-on role suited to an HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, supporting employees, and helping shape a strong, high-performing culture during a period of continued growth.
The Role
As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR support across the business while contributing to broader people and culture initiatives. You will work closely with leaders to ensure best-practice HR processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
* Provide practical and compliant advice on employee relations and workplace matters
* Support leaders with performance management, coaching, and disciplinary processes
* Management of our Apprentice and Schools programs
* Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
* Assist with learning and development initiatives and workforce planning
* Contribute to HR reporting and people metrics
About You
* Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR generalist role
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
* Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships
* Practical, resilient, and solutions-focused
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
