About the Role
This role is critical to the smooth day-to-day running of operations, providing administrative support across production, logistics, and operational teams. You'll play a key part in ensuring accurate data management, system administration, and workflow efficiency within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurate and timely data entry to support manufacturing and operational activities
* Use of Access and EPICOR systems for job tracking, reporting, and production data
* Assist with production documentation, job cards, and work orders
* Maintain records, spreadsheets, and filing systems
* Provide administrative support to manufacturing supervisors and team leaders
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflows
* General administration including emails, document control, and reporting
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administration or admin support role (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)
* Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Experience with Microsoft Access and EPICOR (highly regarded)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
* Clear and effective communication skills
