We're a fast-growing Managed IT Services Provider seeking a Senior Technician to join our Melbourne team. In this key role, you'll act as a senior escalation point, help manage workloads, mentor junior staff, and support larger client environments and projects.
What you'll be doing:
Act as the escalation point (Level 3) for complex technical support issues
Oversee and manage daily ticket workflows across the support team
Train and mentor junior technicians, helping build team capability
Manage technical aspects of larger client environments
Assist with the delivery of technical projects, upgrades, and migrations
What you'll bring to the role:
Experience working in a fast-paced MSP environment
Strong communication skills and client service mindset
Ability to document processes and share knowledge across the team
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
Cisco routers and switches
Unifi / Ubiquiti wireless networks
Windows Server, Group Policy, Active Directory
Microsoft 365, Intune, and Endpoint Manager
Highly regarded (but not essential):
Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA or similar
Experience leading infrastructure deployments or migrations
Exposure to project delivery in client environments
