About the role
You manage the daily operation of the Health Club.You create a welcoming space where members feel supported and safe.You guide members through training, fitness testing, and program design.You maintain equipment, pool, and spa standards.You respond to enquiries and assist with bookings.
Key duties
* Maintain a professional and friendly gym environment
* Assess member fitness levels and track progress
* Design tailored training programs
* Supervise safe use of gym equipment and facilities
* Deliver one‐on‐one personal training sessions
* Clean and inspect machines and training areas
* Test and record pool and spa water chemistry
* Respond to phone and email enquiries
Essential requirements
* Certificate III and IV in Fitness
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Applicants with Certificate III who are studying Certificate IV and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.Previous industry experience is valued but not required.
Work schedule
* Monday to Friday position
* Morning and evening availability required
* Occasional weekend support when needed
