Senior Associate Regulatory Operations Analyst (12 months FTC) Our Regulatory Operations Team is responsible for the ongoing management and administration of global derivative transactions across all businesses which are cleared or reportable from pre-settlement to termination. The Regulatory Operations Team is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of transaction reporting across APAC and North America including ASIC, MAS, HKMA, CFTC, SEC, and the Canada Regulation.At Macquarie, our advantage is bringing together diverse people and empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities. In this role, you will be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives to our processes and daily deliverables which include monitoring and clearing exceptions, and producing management reporting. You will identify, escalate, and resolve investigations with your strong risk mindset and knowledge in trade lifecycle and system flows.You will work with stakeholders in business, compliance, legal, and technology and be the key point of contact for our onshore team and manager. You will continuously ensure expectations are met between the two locations and assist your direct manager on matters related to the team and tasks.
