The Centre for Non-Violence (CNV) has supported individuals
and families across the Loddon region for over 30 years through feminist,
culturally safe, child safe and community connected family violence services
spanning prevention, crisis response, therapeutic recovery and programs for
people who use violence.

About The Role:
The Programs and Services Compliance Lead is a part time
(0.8 FTE), 2-year fixed term role within our Programs and Services team, with
the flexibility to be located at any of our regional sites including Bendigo,
Echuca, Kyneton or Maryborough.
You will play a critical role in supporting CNV's Programs
and Services team to meet legislative, regulatory and sector‑specific
standards while strengthening a culture of learning, reflection and continuous
improvement.
Working in close partnership with CNV leaders and the
Executive Manager, Programs and Services, you will lead and coordinate
compliance and quality activities across a broad portfolio, including:
* Social
Service Standards, Child Safe Standards and specialist family violence
standards.
* Rainbow
Tick accreditation and inclusive practice systems.
* Client
file audits and quality improvement action planning.
* Complaints
management, analysis and reporting.
* Subpoenas
and court requests.
* Funding
reporting, data integrity and acquittals.
* Incident
management, emergency preparedness, privacy and data security.
This role is both strategic and hands‑on, requiring
strong analytical skills, systems thinking and the ability to work respectfully
and collaboratively with people across our
organisation.
About You:
You are thoughtful, organised and values‑led,
with a strong understanding of compliance in social services.
You bring:
* Experience
in quality, compliance, risk or policy roles within family violence or broader
community, health or social services.
* Knowledge
of Social Service Standards, Child Safe Standards and specialist family
violence principles (Rainbow Tick experience highly regarded).
* Strong
analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful
insights.
* Confidence
working collaboratively with leaders and practitioners at all levels.
* Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
* Flexibility,
adaptability and the capacity to operate in a high demand environment.
* High
levels of discretion, integrity and emotional intelligence.
Most importantly, you understand and support feminist
principles, recognise the impact of gendered and structural inequality, and are
motivated by work that contributes to safety, dignity and justice.
Qualifications:
* Tertiary
qualification in Quality Management and Improvement, Quality Assurance,
Compliance Management, or qualifications and relevant experience within the
social services, health, or community sector.
