Overview of the role
Euromonitor International is looking for a seasoned account manager with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences to join our growing team in Sydney. This opportunity allows you to influence decision making and strategy for some of our largest corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and grow our existing book of business, including contract renewal and revenue growth.
* Build strong relationships with new contacts at the local offices of our global subscribers.
* Provide strategic insights and embed Euromonitor as a key solution provider.
* Support client accounts by answering queries, training users, developing new users, collecting value stories, and managing registration and login issues.
* Collaborate with industry teams to develop product offerings, leverage research expertise and coordinate internally to address gaps.
* Engage in consulting lead generation and upsell Passport subscription.
Key Qualifications
* High commercial aptitude, strategic thinking and problem‐solving skills.
* Target‐oriented with the ability to meet revenue and activity targets monthly and annually.
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of consumer market trends and dynamics is preferable.
* Right to work in Australia and based in Sydney.
* Experience or familiarity with corporate research/account management is an asset.
