**The Company**
**The Role**
The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Regional Marketing lead and is critical to the successful delivery of the Australian marketing strategy. The role is multifaceted, and you will:
- Collaboratively contribute & lead the creation & execution of the Australian marketing calendar
- Manage internal & external creation, production & execution of shopper marketing programs & promotions in partnership with our retail customers
- Lead the creation or agency design brief, approval process & coordinate advertising & editorial material for industry publications
- Lead the organisation, coordination & execution of Australian events, conferences & training programs
- Manage the creation, storage, maintenance & dispatch of merchandise & marketing materials for retail, sales team, events & sponsorships
- Enhance our engagement within the social communities of operations
- Support the Australian Sales team with creation & delivery of communications for promotional activity
- Proactively manage projects - track progress, keep everyone informed, and effectively communicate updates
**The Person**
To be successful in this role you will be creative and tactical and offer the following skills:
- Commercial & Customer Focus - outcome driven, proactive, organised, resilient, exceptional communication skills
- Experience or exposure to the agricultural/livestock industry will be highly regarded
- Ideally, you'll be a Marketing Graduate with at least 2+ years commercial work experience, looking for your next step up and career opportunity
- Proven achievements in collaborating & engaging within a wider cross market team, with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
- Technically competent in MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign & Photoshop, CRM's & Social Media Management (Hootsuite or similar) - growing engagement with an online community
- Event management - you'll support a number of national & regional Field Day events
- Ideally exposure to marketing automation as well as expertise in project management
- Team player - happy to work autonomously - high attention to detail & accuracy
