Tusk Lawyers is a boutique litigation firm operating across the Gold Coast and Sydney. We're looking for a Senior Litigation Lawyer (8–10+ PAE) to work alongside our Legal Practice Director in a shared supervisory role across a portfolio of matters.
This role is intentionally flexible. We're open to approximately three days per week, reduced hours, or school-hour schedules. We will tailor the position around the right person - and for an exceptional candidate, a full-time arrangement is equally welcome.
The Role
This is a senior, trusted position focused on oversight, guidance, and strategic input rather than volume.
You will:
* Work closely with the Director in supervising a range of litigation matters
* Support and mentor junior solicitors as they develop their skills
* Contribute to strategy on complex disputes
* Stay involved in advocacy and court work at a level that suits you
Our work includes:
* Commercial and business disputes
* Partnership and shareholder matters
* Property disputes
* Franchise disputes (franchisors and franchisees)
* Estate litigation - family provision and trust disputes
* Matters across the Supreme Court, Federal Court and lower jurisdictions
About You
* 8–10+ years PAE in litigation
* Sound judgment and a calm, strategic approach to disputes
* Enjoy mentoring and supporting junior lawyers

What We Offer
* Up to $250,000 + superannuation, pro-rated to hours worked and reflective of your seniority
* Approximately 3 days per week as the default, with full-time available for the right person
