The Role
* We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to assess and provide interventions for children and adults living with disabilities.
* You will work within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to maximise clients' level of function, capacity and social engagement.
* Key responsibilities include assistive technology assessment, recommendations and applications in relevant fields, timely documentation and report writing, managing a varied caseload and meeting professional expectations.
* Additionally, you will build relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients and referral sources, and work across leading software platforms and online tools.
New Graduate Program
* You will receive weekly 1:1 supervision from your supervisor, core competency skills training sessions, fortnightly group mentoring sessions, mental health drop-in sessions, internal professional development sessions and shadowing opportunities with experienced clinicians.
* This program is designed to support new graduates in developing their skills and confidence in a supportive environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in assessing and providing interventions for individuals with disabilities.
