Job Description:
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and completing less complex repairs to engines at customer sites. This role requires a high level of professionalism, ensuring prompt and efficient attention to customer needs.
You will use specialized tools and follow documented procedures to diagnose and complete repairs, including identifying and preparing required parts and tools. Additionally, you will perform preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards on engines and related components in the field.
Your tasks will include escalating unresolved issues to more experienced Field Service Technicians and/or Supervisors, completing required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, and quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
Other responsibilities include identifying additional service opportunities with customers, completing training in line with skill and business requirements, maintaining service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operation, and ensuring adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Education: Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution, preferably an Apprentice Trained Engine Technician.
* Licenses/Certifications: Locally valid driving permit, which may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
* Experience: Basic level field service work experience, intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products, and customer service experience.
