Your new role:
Be part of Logan Hospital's leadership in implementing the National Lung Cancer Screening Program. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate, develop, and lead high-quality care for patients with lung nodules, driving innovation across the respiratory service. You will:
* Coordinate the Logan Hospital Lung Nodule Evaluation Team (LNET) and lead multidisciplinary case conferences.
* Provide advanced clinical care, telehealth consultations, and smoking cessation support.
* Build service capacity, drive quality improvement, and ensure alignment with national KPIs and guidelines.
* Collaborate across Respiratory, Radiology, Oncology, and allied health teams to deliver person-centred, integrated care.
About you:
You are a highly skilled clinical leader who combines advanced respiratory nursing expertise with a passion for improving patient outcomes through innovation and collaboration. You:
* Are a Registered Nurse with advanced clinical knowledge and experience in respiratory or oncology care.
* Have proven leadership in multidisciplinary settings and confidence in managing complex clinical pathways.
* Are skilled in mentoring, education, and promoting best-practice, evidence-based care.
* Are committed to compassionate, person-centred care and continuous service improvement.

Logan Hospital:
Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
