* Salary Clerk Grade 9/10 from $129,464 to $142,665 base + superannuation
About the role
The Senior Policy & Projects Officer provides expert student health related policy advice and project leadership to support the Department's Plan for NSW Public Schools, focusing on enhancing student health, wellbeing, and development.
This role drives the advancement of equitable outcomes for all students across NSW Public schools by designing and implementing strategies that address diverse local contexts. Additionally, the position plays a key role in identifying and alleviating staff workload pressures to improve the delivery of health services in schools, ensuring an inclusive, sustainable, and effective approaches to student health and wellbeing.

* Plan, develop, and implement projects
* Superb effective communication skills and written
* Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
* Valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check) for paid employment.
