What you’ll do
As a Credit Ratings Analyst, you will research, perform credit risk analysis, provide detailed commentary, share insights, and draw conclusions in the form of a detailed credit report. Responsibilities include financial statement, economic, and industry analysis, benchmarking, and modeling. The Credit Rating Analyst must also comply with Divisional policies and procedures and present a professional image to clients and the broader business market.
What experience you need
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Commerce
* Qualification in CA/CPA/CFA highly regarded
* A minimum of 1 year experience in accounting/finance (local experience is a must), with experience in direct client communication
* Ability to interpret financial statements and identify key risks and drivers of companies and industries
* Ability to think holistically beyond ratios
* Must comply with all applicable policies, principles, and organizational requirements
