This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our project, with responsibilities spanning administration, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
2. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for project teams.
3. Manage work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
4. Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting.
5. Prepare and distribute project updates and communications.
6. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
About You:
1. Previous experience in a related role within the construction or infrastructure industry is preferable.
2. Strong computer skills.
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
4. Must be able to communicate well with customers and work in a fast-paced environment.
