Human Resources Coordinator

This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage the day-to-day Human Resources operations. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR function in Australia.
You will assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests, lead the payroll process, and assist with performance management procedures. Additionally, you will maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records, schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.
You will also coordinate training sessions and seminars, perform orientations, update records of new staff, and produce reports on general HR activity. Your ability to keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices will ensure our organization remains competitive.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a business, administration, or human resources qualification, as well as previous corporate administrative or human resources experience. You must possess excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, and effective people management skills.
You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have experience using Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Your energy, focus, and proactive approach will enable you to get the job done efficiently.
