About the Role
As Team Leader Parking Regulation Services, you will coordinate the delivery of Council's regulated parking program and lead a team of Parking Officers to ensure education and enforcement activities align with legislation and Council values.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide leadership and supervision to regulated parking officers
* Coordinate parking regulation programs across the region
* Manage contracts, budgets, and service agreements
* Investigate and respond to escalated complaints and enquiries
* Develop procedures and resources for consistent practices
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
About you
You are an experienced leader with:
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Local Government or equivalent experience
* Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to interpret and apply legislation and policies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Current "C" class driver's licence
Essential to your success is physical agility and the level of fitness, strength and dexterity to carry out labouring and frequent heavy lifting & bending. As such, appointment to this position is subject to completion of a pre-employment medical assessment.
