As an Integration Developer at the University of Melbourne, you\'ll play a pivotal role in implementing and optimising Workday integrations across Human Capital Management and Financial areas. You\'ll work closely with the Technical Team Lead to design, build, and support complex integration solutions that drive operational excellence. This role offers your Workday expertise in a dynamic higher education environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance university-wide systems.
Your responsibilities
- Solution Design : Identify and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday with external applications across HCM and Finance areas.
- Integration Development : Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base, including Studio, EIB, and third-party coding.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with product owners, solution architects, and vendors to understand and implement business requirements.
- Continuous Improvement : Participate in Workday release reviews and testing, identifying impacts on existing integrations and proposing enhancements.

You are a certified Workday Integration professional with strong technical skills in Finance & Payroll (PECI) integration development. Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering innovative solutions in a complex organisational environment.
Qualifications
- Hold current certifications in Workday Integration, with Core, CCTPP, and Studio certifications highly regarded.
- Experience in Finance & Payroll Integration (PECI).
- Demonstrate expertise in building and maintaining Workday integrations using tools such as Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs.
- Strong technical skills in XSLT, XTT, XML, and Java for creating effective integration solutions.
- Experience with Web Services and APIs, including WSDL, SOAP, and REST.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging integration technologies.
