Customer Experience Specialist

As a customer-focused individual, you will provide exceptional service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and check in clients in a friendly and efficient manner.
* Handle enquiries from potential clients and provide them with the necessary information.
* Manage a high volume of calls, scheduling appointments, and communicating with clinical staff and other relevant parties.
* Perform general administrative tasks and ensure the practice is clean and tidy at all times.


Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in computer-based systems (Cliniko experience highly regarded) and Microsoft programs (particularly Excel and Outlook).
* Strong commitment to delivering high standards and empathy for client needs.
* Effective time management, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
* Customer service focus with the ability to handle difficult clients.


Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in managing clients and liaising with referrers and suppliers in the private sector.

This role is based in Canning Vale, with available shifts Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm and Saturday from 8am to 5pm. We offer a casual job type with a competitive hourly rate and employee discounts.
