Mawsons now owns Milbrae; another significant business in the Concrete and Quarrying industry.
We are currently seeking a confident, motivated and highly organised person to join our team in the capacity of Laboratory Technician based in Wagga Wagga (NSW).
DutiesLaboratory testing of Mawsons / Milbrae Concrete & Quarry products.Sampling quality construction materials to Australian Standards, including fresh concrete in the field and quarry materials from quarry stockpiles.Daily construction materials testing in the Wagga Wagga laboratory.Daily computerised data entry, reporting and associated administrative tasks.Regional travel is essential for the role and a company vehicle will be part of the salary package.Qualifications & RequirementsRelevant laboratory training/knowledge and a current driver's licence.Effective written & verbal communication skills.Self-motivated, flexible with a strong focus on safety, quality and environmental care.Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded; experience in construction materials testing in a NATA laboratory preferred, though not essential.This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a successful company with a history of stability and a culture of workplace safety, innovation and quality.Mawsons is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons.
