Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, for an E-Commerce Specialist. The E-Commerce Specialist will manage and optimize online sales channels, develop and implement e-commerce strategies, and monitor website performance. Responsibilities include ensuring a seamless customer experience, coordinating with internal teams to maintain consistent online inventory, analyzing metrics to improve performance, and working collaboratively to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
* E-Commerce expertise, including experience in managing online platforms and sales strategies.
* Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor metrics, and optimize website performance.
* Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive customer experience and collaborate with team members effectively.
* Knowledge of Sales principles, with the ability to implement tactics to meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Proficiency in digital tools, understanding of SEO, and familiarity with inventory management systems are beneficial.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
* Desirable experience in AP21 and Shopify
