We are looking for 2 Organisational Change Managers to join our award-winning Enterprise Delivery Change Management team that supports a variety of medium to large scale change initiatives across the Suncorp Group.
As a Change Manager, your initial assignment will be the Claims & Customer Service Transformation (CCT), an inflight Enterprise-wide strategic initiative that reimagines claims and customer service to be faster, simpler and more connected for our people and customers.
What You'll Do
* Utilise existing Organisational Change Management frameworks and tools to devise and execute 'fit-for-purpose' change, learning and communications plans.
* Develop, manage and execute change activities across multiple initiatives, streams, or Squads (e.g. Change Impact Assessments, Communication, Engagement, Learning, Reinforcement etc.) to support a variety of medium to large scale initiatives across Suncorp.
* Be hands on with the design, development, and implementation of change management deliverables.
* Provide ongoing support for business SMEs within Agile squads to ensure the successful delivery of change activities and artefacts.
* Integrate change activities across learning and communication deliverables to drive meaningful change outcomes that facilitate smooth adoption and amplify overall buy-in.
What you'll bring
* 5+ years change experience Mandatory, agile experience preferred, including knowledge of AI is highly desirable for this role
* Proven experience to deliver Change activities for large-scale transformation or technology initiatives. Highly desirable is experience with Insurance and/or Customer Service
* Demonstrated experience in understanding new technology and how it impacts an end-to-end system of work or value chain is also highly desirable
* Confident in your ability to work autonomously with a strong understanding of what Change activities are required through each stage of a project
* Experience working closely with Technology teams with the ability to understand technical concepts, and translate into easily understood business language
* Able to utilise the Change Management Framework and templates and apply them as required
* Excellent communication (written & verbal), collaboration, and project management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, and ambiguous change-driven environment
