Retail Store Manager Job Description

* Achieving sales targets in line with budgets
* Fostering a results and customer focused team culture
* Influencing and motivating staff to succeed in productivity, sales and product knowledge
* Scheduling rosters to meet operational and cost efficiencies
* Maintaining proactive stock management and store presentation to achieve visual excellence
* Preparing weekly sales reports
* Managing general store administration, cash handling and banking
* Liaising regularly with stakeholders
* Maintaining Company values, policies and procedures
* Ensuring compliance to workplace health and safety
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in retail management, 3 years experience in leading teams, and be available to work a flexible roster including public holidays when required.
