We are seeking an Advanced Scope Physiotherapist to provide expert consultation, independent clinical assessment and triage functions in the Emergency Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for determining appropriate treatment plans, acting as a clinical musculoskeletal consultant for the medical, nursing and allied health team, and delivering triage, assessment and treatment functions either in-person or via Telehealth modalities.
Key requirements include high level expertise and clinical leadership to contribute to departmental performance, quality improvement, research and education for the emergency ambulatory service and profession.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert consultation, independent clinical assessment and triage functions
* Determine appropriate treatment plans
* Act as a clinical musculoskeletal consultant for the medical, nursing and allied health team
* Deliver triage, assessment and treatment functions via Telehealth modalities
* Contribute to departmental performance, quality improvement, research and education
What You'll Need:
* Valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or Australian citizenship/permanent residency/indefinite visa
* Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
* High level expertise and clinical leadership skills

This is a recruitment pool for Permanent Part-Time/Full-Time, Fixed Term Part-Time/Full-Time and Casual appointments with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency.
