As a key player in our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for business roles, with a focus on financial product teams including futures, derivatives, and quantitative etc.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting business/operation functions and will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth in these complex and fast-evolving markets.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to secure top talent.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
* Source, screen, and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, networking, and industry events.
* Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for specialized financial roles.
* Coordinate interview processes, provide timely feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence within the financial products and trading space.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within financial services or fintech sectors.
* Proven experience recruiting for specialized financial roles.
* Strong understanding of financial products, trading strategies, and quantitative roles is highly preferred.
* Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
