About the Role
Reporting to the Retail Business Manager, you will lead a highly consultative sales journey, helping customers select premium appliances for their homes and projects. Based in Osborne Park this role suits a confident closer who enjoys nurturing longer sales cycles and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering a personalised, consultative sales experience with luxury appliance brands
* Managing purchase journeys and confidently closing high-value sales
* Supporting workshops, cooking demonstrations and in-store events
* Educating customers through product demonstrations and tailored recommendations
* Participating in pre- and post-sale classes with ongoing product education
About You
* A natural relationship builder with a consultative sales approach
* Experience in premium retail, appliances, luxury goods, or similar considered purchases
* Comfortable managing high-value transactions and longer sales cycles
* Hospitality or food-related backgrounds welcomed, particularly for event-based selling
* Available to work across a 7-day retail trading environment, including weekends
Training & Development
* 4-6 week structured induction covering systems, product training and compliance
* Ongoing supplier-led product education
* Opportunities to be involved in demonstrations, workshops and team learning sessions
