Disability Support Role Overview
This is a part-time position where you will work with clients who require assistance with daily living tasks and personal care.
* Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
* Support clients to participate in community activities and engage in social interactions.
* Provide in-home support and transport services as required.
* Encourage independence and capacity building through goal setting and skill development.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and interactions.
The ideal candidate will have a certificate III or IV in disability, individual support, or equivalent. They must also hold current first aid and CPR qualifications, an NDIS worker screening check, working with children check (blue card), and a current driver's licence with comprehensive car insurance.
