Strategic Design Leadership Opportunity
This high-profile client-side role is focused on leading a key project's design consultant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating complex design inputs, as well as overseeing the creation of key design governance documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, along with extensive experience in managing large multi-disciplinary design teams. They will also need to have a strong understanding of best practice design management processes.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership in coordinating design development within the approved project scope.
* Conduct complex analysis to identify strategic directions, options and actions.
* Compile and write high-quality reports, briefs and other documentation on complex issues relating to infrastructure delivery for redevelopment projects.
