Program Support Officer Division: Network Operations Employment Type: Fixed Term, Full Time (22/12/2025 – 06/03/2026) Dandenong and Lilydale locations About the Role We are seeking an experienced Program Support Officer to provide high-quality project and delivery support to the External Works team.
Reporting to the Team Leader, Works, this role supports the coordination, monitoring and delivery of projects and improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with delivery teams, Program Development Leads, Team Leaders and Business Support Officers, as well as a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

Provide end-to-end project delivery support, including coordination of meetings, preparation of reports, briefings and presentations.
Maintain project artefacts such as risks, issues, actions, schedules and documentation.
Support project control and monitoring by preparing scopes, briefs and analysing project data.
Assist with procurement and contract administration, ensuring compliance with financial and procurement frameworks, guidelines and budgets.
Establish and maintain effective records management practices using SharePoint and other project delivery tools.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Promote and support safe, inclusive and flexible team operations.
Skills and Experience Essential Proven experience in a project or program delivery support role within a large organisation.
Strong coordination, organisational and time management skills.
Well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Sound business and commercial awareness, with an understanding of costs and efficient ways of working.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and project delivery tools such as MS Project, MS Planner, MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Zycus and Oracle.
Desirable Tertiary qualification (or working towards) in Project Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
