Driver & Field Operations (ACM Agri)
ACM Agri is expanding its Out-of-Paddock (OOP) digital screen network across agricultural field days and rural events throughout Australia.
We are looking for a reliable driver on a contract basis to support the transport, setup, and operation of our mobile digital screen at major agricultural events. This is a hands‐on, field‐based role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, travelling across regional Australia, and being part of the agricultural events circuit.
This role can be based anywhere in VIC, NSW or QLD, however location may influence event allocation and travel logistics.

Through the Out-of-Paddock network, ACM Agri brings digital advertising and live event content directly to agricultural field days and shows across the country.
The network will attend 15-25 major agricultural events each year, including field days, machinery expos, and rural shows across NSW, VIC, QLD and SA.
The role
The driver and field operations contractor is responsible for the logistics and on‐site operation of the mobile digital screen used at agricultural field days and events.
This is a practical, hands‐on role focused on transport, setup, safe operation and pack‐down of the equipment. It does not involve sales or advertising responsibilities.
Work is offered event‐by‐event, with roughly 30–35 operational days per year per contractor depending on availability and event scheduling.
Key responsibilities
Transport and logistics
* Transport the Out-of-Paddock digital screen trailer between storage locations and field day events
* Conduct safety checks and ensure towing equipment is secure and compliant
* Manage hitching, unhitching and safe movement of the trailer
* Coordinate arrival, bump‐in and site access with event organisers
Event setup and operation
* Set up and pack down the Out-of-Paddock digital screen at field days and events
* Ensure the screen is safely positioned, powered and operating correctly throughout the event
On‐site management
* Operate and monitor the screen during event hours
* Manage playback content and address minor technical issues as required
Asset care and representation
* Maintain ACM equipment in a clean, safe and professional condition
* Represent ACM professionally on‐site and provide operational feedback following events
These responsibilities are aligned with ACM Agri's operational procedures and safety standards for the Out-of-Paddock network.
What we offer
* Day rate of $350 (work allocated on an event‐by‐event basis with no guaranteed minimum days)
* Accommodation and meal allowance will be provided
* Tow vehicle, fuel card, trailer, rego/insurances will be provided

About you
You are practical, reliable, and comfortable working in field environments.
You will have:
* As a contractor, you will have an ABN and Public Liability Insurance
* Experience towing trailers or operating large equipment
* A current driver's licence suitable for towing
* Strong practical and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures
* Willingness to travel regionally and interstate
* Flexibility for early starts and long event days
* Working at field days, events, or outdoor sites
* Familiarity with generators, 3‐phase power, or AV equipment
* Mechanical, trade, or technical background
